21ST CENTURY INHUMANITY: MAN BREAKS CHILDREN'S HANDS WITH BIKE AS PUNISHMENT.

 

Looking at this picture closely it is obvious it reeks of inhumane behaviors, and if this man isn't watched closely he might just do more than what was done to the Aluu4 and make it even look like child's play. Obviously this is far from Nigeria, but one just have to feel for this children that don't have a choice but to take on this punishment that will most likely send them to the hospital.

SOMEONE PLEASE STOP THIS BEAST!
